1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on our website or through the courier partner's portal.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 3 attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
