Refund & Return Policy
At Retro Outfit In, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, personal care products, and undergarments cannot be returned.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance are not eligible for return.
- Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where available. Please contact us to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
